About me

Hello, I’m Lianna, the Head Coach and Founder of Lift with Lianna. With six years of experience as a personal trainer, I have dedicated my career to helping women navigate their health journeys. My own path has been shaped by a variety of trials and challenges, providing me with deep insights into the obstacles many women face. From a young age, I was committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but I also have a passion for enjoying life, which often made it difficult to balance social activities with my fitness goals. After becoming a mother at 17, I spent the last decade developing a holistic approach to health, fitness, and personal development. I firmly believe that life should be enjoyed to the fullest, and achieving your health and fitness goals does not have to be compromised. My mission is to empower my clients by building sustainable habits that foster a positive mindset, enhance physical well-being, and cultivate lasting confidence. Together, we will create a balanced approach that supports your journey toward becoming your best self.

Through a combination of strength training, the development of healthy habits, nutrition education, and the support of a community of like-minded women, participants will experience holistic growth. Designed for those on a budget, our Essential Online Coaching program offers the accountability, support, and guidance you need on your journey—without the high price tag. Enjoy weekly check-ins, six weeks of tailored programming, and habit accountability to ensure you stay on track with your goals. And if you encounter challenges, we’re here to help you overcome them and achieve success!
