That's why I firmly believe in the power of balance. When it comes to nutrition, I advocate for the 80/20 rule: 80% of your meals should consist of wholesome, nutrient-dense foods, while the remaining 20% can be dedicated to those soul-satisfying treats.
Exercise doesn’t mean spending every day in the gym. At Lift with Lianna, we emphasize being active every day, but we also recognize the importance of rest and recovery. You can achieve impressive results by training just three times a week, proving that the gym enhances our lives rather than defining them.
We prioritize quality time with loved ones because relationships and connections matter. We hold ourselves to a higher standard, focusing on mindset and personal development while also embracing the grace that comes with being human—we won’t always get it right.
