Many clients come to me hoping to build their confidence, and I completely understand—after all, the saying goes, "look good, feel good." However, what if I told you that true confidence lies in the process rather than the end goal? When you consistently show up to the gym, follow a program, learn new exercises, and challenge yourself, that's where genuine confidence is cultivated.

I can relate to the journey of building confidence. After having my son at 17, I struggled with my self-esteem. I dropped out of school and felt lost. It wasn’t until I discovered the gym that everything changed. Taking time for myself and prioritizing my health not only benefited me but also set a positive example for my child. I wanted him to see what it means to strive for personal growth.

Some may perceive exercise as vain or feel that there are more important things to do than hit the gym. But I assure you, few feelings compare to the sense of accomplishment after finishing a workout when you didn’t feel like it, or the pride in being consistent, achieving your goals, or hitting a personal best. I’ll never forget the exhilaration of completing my first chin-up, deadlifting 100kg, or squatting 90kg. Those moments were truly inspiring, and they motivate me to share this journey with you!
